PML produces a unique interchangable motor mount adapter called the Kwik-Switch 2000 that uses a threaded coupler that is very durable and reliable. Motors can be friction fit into the adapter, prepped, then screwed in the rocket. The KS2000 system uses our 54, 38, and 29mm phenolic airframe tubing, and custom-cast urethane parts for the screw-together parts.

The Kwik-Switch 2000, whether as a stand-alone part for scratchbuilds or used in kits, comes with the 54mm main motor tube, and 38mm and 29mm adapters included.
The standard Kwik-Switch system fits all 29mm reload casings, the 38mm 240, 380, 480, 600, and 720 casings, and the 54mm 852 and 1280 casings. The Extended Kwik-Switch will fit all the above and adds the 54mm 1706 casing. The J570 casing is not recommended for the Extended Kwik-Switch.
See our FAQ (link below) for more information about use of a J570 casing with Kwik-Switch systems. (Requires ADPTR-54/38HD below; Extended KS not recommended).
See our Motor Retainer Page for our H.A.M.R. (Highly Adaptable Motor Retainer) to go with your motor mount.
There are HAMR Motor Mount Adapters available for 54/38, 54/29 and 38/29 that are specifically designed for the HAMR system!
PML also produces friction fit adapters with a built-in thrust ring to prevent the adapter from being pushed through during the thrust phase.
